In GTL Agencies (S) Pte Ltd v Neo Boon Huat [2026] SGHC(A) 6, the Appellate Division of the High Court of Singapore dismissed an employer’s appeal on the grounds that there was no breach of confidence by its former employee, noting that the former employee had neither been a fiduciary nor engaged in any actual competitive activity during his employment with the firm.
