On 30 April 2026, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) each issued response papers to the consultation papers released on 9 January 2026 on the proposed regulatory framework for the new Global Listing Board (GLB) to be established by Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX) and Nasdaq. The GLB is designed to serve as a dual listing bridge between SGX and Nasdaq, enabling issuers to access capital and investors across both markets through a streamlined and harmonised framework. Our update on the January 2026 consultation papers is available here.
In this update, our Head of Equity Capital Markets Gail Ong and Partners Karen Yeoh, James Choo and Ong Kuan Chung highlight the key points in MAS’s and SGX RegCo’s responses.
