Our Senior Counsel are ranked in major legal directories, including Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, Lexology Index, Global Arbitration Review, Asian Legal Business, Benchmark Litigation: Asia Pacific, and asialaw. In addition to their stellar legal credentials and their expertise in conducting proceedings at all court levels, including before the Singapore International Commercial Court, and in international commercial and investment arbitrations under all major institutional rules, our Senior Counsel are on the panel of arbitrators of various arbitration centres, including the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators, and sit as arbitrators in international arbitrations under major institutional rules. 

Our Senior Counsel hold key appointments in the public, private and non-profit sectors. These include Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited, the Singapore Land Authority, the Singapore Business Federation, the Citizenship Committee of Inquiry, the Government Procurement Adjudication Tribunal, the Dispute Resolution and Compensation Arbitration Panel of the National Electricity Market of Singapore, as well as the Criminal Law Advisory Committee. They also hold positions at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law, the Centre for International Law, and the Asian Law Schools Association. 

Our Senior Counsel hold key appointments in prominent organisations and thought leadership committees, including the ICCA Governing Board, the ICC Court, the IBA Arbitration Committee, the IPBA Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee, the LCIA Asia Pacific Users’ Council, the ICCA-ASIL Task Force on Damages, the Board of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, the International Law Association, Singapore Mediation Centre’s Advisory Board, the Monetary Authority of Singapore Regulatory Workstream, the Law Society of Singapore, and the Senate and Executive Board of the Singapore Academy of Law.

In 2020, one of our Senior Counsel, Mr Andre Maniam, was appointed as a Judicial Commissioner of the Supreme Court, and as a High Court Judge in 2021.
